With its unique design and innovative use of materials our display home ‘Soudai’ at Isla Circuit, Mawson Lakes was South Australia's most awarded display home for 2006, winning 5 state awards and two national awards – Delfin Grand Masters National Premier Display Home of the Year 2006 and HIA Australian Display Home of the Year 2007. With the busy lifestyles of today's modern world, we often find our clients requesting low maintenance gardens, outdoor kitchens, indoor/outdoor alfresco areas, home theatres, home automation systems or that special something that gives their home the wow factor. Only building around a dozen uniquely designed homes a year allows us to devote time to each project.
